Consultancy study on the feasibility of electrifying bus routes in the municipality of Alcoy

Evectra analyses the technical feasibility of electrifying bus routes 1, 2 and 3 in the municipality of Alcoy, with the aim of determining whether these routes or buses can be electrified. We offer two different charging methodologies: ‘Overnight’ and ‘Opportunity Charging’.

• In the case of the Overnight mode, the battery incorporated into the buses considered for this study is 350 kWh (12 m) or 320 kWh (10.5 m) throughout the daily hours of operation.
• In the case of Opportunity Charging, the battery incorporated into the buses considered for this study is 125 kWh (12 m) or 100 kWh (10.5 m) throughout daily operating hours.
